A cottage or rural build is rarely one trade. We coordinate the people who belong on the file and stay on the work through earthwork, masonry, fireplaces, and outdoor living. However your project needs to be structured, we can assist.
Before the first bucket, the lot has to tell the truth: soils, access, septic potential, grades, and what the township will actually allow. We are not the planner of record. We are not the architect or engineer of record. We partner with those professionals and then do the earthwork so the plan survives contact with Shield ground.
